Shipment Processing Time  

All orders are processed within 3 working days. Deliveries do not occur on weekends or public holidays. Should there be any unexpected delays on your delivery, you will be notified through email, Messenger, or Whatsapp.  

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page.  

 

Free Shipping  

We offer free shipping to destinations in Singapore.

  

Shipment to P.O boxes 

We are unable to deliver to P.O box address. 

 

Damages  

Ridelah Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, should you opt to purchase the insurance during check-outwe will be able to assist on the process with the shipment courier if you received your order damaged. Kindly email us at support@ridelah.asia. Please note that we do not guarantee the outcome.  

 

Order Confirmation and Order Tracking  

An order confirmation will be sent out within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and shipped out within 3 working days. You will receive an order tracking number via email after the shipment has been sent out. Should you have queries regarding your orders, you can email us at support@ridelah.asia. 

 

International Shipping Policy  

We currently do not ship to Malaysia. For all other destinations not listed, you may contact us at support@ridelah.asia or if you have further questions regarding international shipping destinations. 

 

Returns Shipping  

To make a return, attach the completed return note from your confirmation email with your item in the boxThe cost of returns shipmenis responsible by the customers.  

For any returns, please read through the Return Policy.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/ purchasing the shipping insurance for any returns. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
